From Wednesday 1st April 2015 you will have limited access to the following medical records online through ‘Patient Access’:

1.) Medication history

2.) Allergies

3.) Problems

4.) Appointments

Please ask for your unique log in details at reception, you MUST show a form of ID for your log in details or you will not be able to have them. You then click the above link to register.
