Appointments

calendarAppointments may be made by telephoning 0151 426 5253 or why not use Patient Access on your computer or smart phone - Please bring 2 forms of ID and ask for your unique log in details at reception.

If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible as this will assist in over-subscribed situations. We have a missed appointment policy and if you miss 3 appointments within 12 months we will remove you from our list.

The surgery runs an appointment system allowing patients to book appointments same day, a week in advance and online.

Please remember, that if your problem is not considered to be an urgent medical emergency, the doctor reserves the right not to see you and may ask you to make the next available appointment.

If you have not been seen within the last three years, we will be very happy to offer you an appointment with a doctor or practice nurse for a full medical. Please ask at reception for details.
